PERHAPS MY FIRST VIABLE PERPETUAL MOTION CONCEPT, THE TILT
MOTOR WAS INSPIRED BY A COFFEE CUP ROLLING AT A CAFE IN NEW
HAVEN.

CLEARLY A HORIZONTAL WHEEL, THE LEVERS ARE USED IN AN EFFORT
TO CREATE TILT, WITH THE HIGHEST POINT FOLLOWING 45 DEGREES
BEHIND THE CONE THROUGH A ROUND TILTING MOTION.

FOR MANY YEARS I ESTIMATED THAT THIS DEVICE HAD THE HIGHEST
RATING OF ANY OF MY DESIGNS, AS FAR AS OVER-UNITY GOES. IF IT
WORKED, IT WOULD PRODUCED CONSIDERABLE POWER. I HAVE ONE
EXPERIMENT WHICH SHOWED THAT IT COULD WORK, AROUND 2009
USING A STICK MEASURE AND A LEVEL TABLE. THEN I TRIED A SIMPLER
EXPERIMENT TWICE YEARS LATER WHICH SEEMED TO DISCONFIRM
THE DESIGN. IT SEEMS THE FIRST EXPERIMENT WAS MORE ADEQUATE.
BUT HOW COULD THE EXPERIMENT BE DISCONFIRMED ONCE IT WAS
PROVEN?

THE ANSWER IS THAT THE TILT MOTOR HAS NEVER BEEN PROVEN,
EVEN THOUGH AN ACCURATE MATHEMATICAL MODEL USING
HYPER-LIGHTWEIGHT LEVERS AND A HEAVY ROLLING CONE SHOULD
PROVE OR DISPROVE THE DEVICE FOR GOOD.

THE NEAREST THING I HAVE FOUND TO A TILT MOTOR PATENT MAY BE
FOUND
HERE.
